Choose your signature

Outlook on the web / desktop

  1. Click "Copy Outlook Signature" under your name.
  2. Open Outlook signature settings.
  3. Create or edit your signature.

  5. Set it as your default for new emails and replies.
  6. Send a test email to confirm the logo and formatting look right.

Outlook mobile app

After setting up the signature in Outlook on the web, send a test email from the Outlook mobile app.

If the rich signature appears correctly, no extra mobile setup is needed.

If the signature does not appear or the formatting does not look right, use the mobile fallback version under your name.

  1. Copy the mobile fallback version under your name.
  2. Open the Outlook app on your phone.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Go to Signature.
  5. Paste the fallback version.
Some email programs block external images by default. If the logo does not appear immediately, send a test email or allow images from CLC Properties.
